**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

The Administrative Fellowship is a two-year program designed to provide broad exposure to Allegheny Health Network and cultivate future leaders. The fellowship consists of multiple short-term rotations in the first year of the program and a year-long rotation during the final year of the program, offering experience across various departments and initiatives. As a Fellow, you will support the operational objectives of your assigned areas through participation in projects and programs aligned with organizational needs. This includes planning and implementing initiatives, conducting research and analysis, and formulating recommendations for action.
