Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, in compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements and legal obligations
Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, e.g. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name tag
Perform an array of administrative tasks, e.g. airport pass application, security clearance for sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workers’ medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, maintain employee record and personnel files etc.)
Data entry of employee data, training records…etc.
Prepare attendance report with supporting documents and assist in managing payroll.
Track staff movement from hiring to resignation and assist with the staff deployment plan
