**Job Description**

The Administrative Coordinator supports the Inherited Metabolic Diseases Service and the Clinical Genetics Service by providing hands-on administrative and care coordination support to a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role helps ensure timely patient access to care through referral management, Epic work queue maintenance, insurance coordination, and cross-coverage of both services. The coordinator works alongside two experienced administrative coordinators currently in
these roles.


**Qualifications**

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of applicable
+ 5 years related administrative or business experience required. Some supervisory experience preferred. experience and education
+ Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Clear written and verbal communication skills
