- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy
- Process payments to suppliers according to agreed payment terms
- Reconcile supplier statements with the company’s records, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for approval
- Ensure all relevant creditor documentation is filed and stored properly
