Administrative Assistant – Marketing
Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026; then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga). Full‑time, hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior Marketing leaders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating follow‑up.
- Coordinate meetings: book rooms, set up Zoom, prepare agendas, and manage logistics.
- Support travel planning, itinerary changes, and expense reports.
- Manage and track purchase orders, invoicing, and procurement, including vendor onboarding and documentation.
- Assist with vendor and payment issues, coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
- Support Marketing committees, workshops, and recurring meetings: prepare materials, manage agendas, and coordinate logistics.
- Coordinate events, catering, and office administration requests.
