Description Summary:The Administrative Assistant-Sr performs a moderate range of duties; provides support to a department (Consumer Banking Segment) or multiple managers. Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and may compose correspondence, maintains and establishes files.
+ Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
+ Maintains calendar and schedules meetings.
+ Gathers data and prepares reports.
+ Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements.
+ May train other employees and participate in special projects.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School diploma
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support role
