Immediate Supervisor: Condominium Manager / Team Manager
Job Responsibilities - Handles the administrative functions in the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium/building.
- Provide customer service to the owners/tenants in the estate/building.
- Ensure proper administration of facilities bookings
- Collection of management and sinking funds
- Ensure compliance with the by-laws of the estate/building.
- Ensure compliance with the organisation’s policies and ISO procedures
Job Requirements - Possess N/O level or Certificate in Office Skills
- Minimum 1 year working experience
