- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems

Accounts & Procurement Support
- Assist with invoice verification, processing, and documentation
- Prepare and generate Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and documentation
- Maintain procurement and payment records
Coordination & Operations Support
- Support coordination between office, site teams, and suppliers
