**About The Role**

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and a key support to our internal teams across various business lines. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage high call volumes and in-person inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Handle 40–60 inbound phone calls per day, ensuring prompt and professional client service.
+ Greet and assist 15–25 walk-in clients and broker visitors daily for payments and inquiries.
+ Process manual payments for our SME Program clients accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Manage courier dispatch and receipt for Windsor and Leamington offices across multiple departments (Personal Insurance, Commercial, Programs, Employee Benefits & Retirement, etc.).
+ Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the Leamington office across all business lines.
