+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

+ Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

+ Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.

+ Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies.

+ Greet visitors and provide general front-office support.

+ Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and invoice processing.

+ Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed.

+ Support managers and departments with special projects and administrative tasks.


Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
