Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the team.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management

+ Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner

+ Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars

+ Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

+ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

+ Support onboarding tasks, record keeping, and internal documentation

+ Assist with special projects and provide support to team members as needed
