Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales administrative tasks
  • Prepare and generate reports based on sales process
  • Ensure that required documents for proposal and bidding purposes are complied prior submission to client
  • Assist in preparation of matrix of benefits and other sales reports
  • Assist in preparation of presentation modules
  • Accompany the Sales team during product presentation to client, if necessary
  • Monitoring of submission of requirements for proposals and closed accounts
  • Preparation of required reports
  • Timely submission of reports to business heads
  • Prepare transmittal for all out-going documents under sales
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year working experience in a related field
