Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) for NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR. Responsibilities You will process DTS travel requests, verify travel entitlements, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will process reports to reconcile changes and identify problems related to charge card accounts. You will coordinate with procurement to confirm funds for travel and purchases. You will review travel authorizations and upload supporting documents as a DTS Reviewing Official. You will manage the Government Purchase Card program, ensuring proper purchases and timely reconciliation. You will advise customers on travel procedures and answer routine inquiries. You will perform administrative duties including mail handling, filing, and document routing.
