Job Description The Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, including
vendor management, maintaining rent sheets, and handling daily complaints
. The role ensures smooth coordination between tenants, management, and service providers to maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate vendors for maintenance and operational work
Maintain and update rent sheets and payment records on a daily basis
Record, track, and follow up on daily complaints until resolution
Assist in general administrative tasks and office coordination
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BBA or related field preferred)
Minimum
1+ year experience
in administration or relevant field
Good command of MS Excel and basic computer skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
