A growing construction company in Honolulu is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This onsite role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to office staff and management

+ Answer phones and direct calls appropriately

+ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents

+ File, scan, and maintain organized records

+ Assist with general office tasks and special projects as needed
