Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Assistant to the HR Site Lead in daily activities, meeting logistics/coordination, manage travel and expense reports and other administrative activities.
  • Provides general support to the local HR and Leadership Team.
  • Coordinates the agenda and logistics of corporate business visitors, including events and office support.
  • Coordinates office transportation.
  • Vendor Administration: Coordinates with vendors on behalf of the Business Unit for operational requirements. Includes sourcing, contracting, ordering, preparing invoices and processing payments in accordance with Chevron’s Procurement processes.
  • Supports the logistics and coordination of HR internal events including meetings, business travels, trainings, town halls, team building, and other activities.
  • Manages the BASSC HR distribution lists.
