Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office or department. This role supports managers and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities

+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications

+ Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for staff or leadership

+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

+ Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

+ Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes

+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

+ Order and maintain office supplies inventory
