Key Responsibility
Perform general office duties, including answering phones and managing correspondence (email, mail, packages).
Foreign worker management
Prepare regular reports.
Maintain and organize filing systems, databases, and records.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
General clerical job.
Qualifications:
Min. STPM and equivalent with 1 year experience.
Prefer Male Candidate
Must possess a valid car and motorcycle driving license
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
