*This is a part-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm)Main responsibilities- Develop and implement department policies and procedures for operational improvement.
- Work with vendors and HR to recruit, orient staff, and coordinate departmental goals and projects.
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and ensure safety, health, and security standards compliance.
- Lead business improvement efforts, prepare operational reports, and manage assets across multiple locations.
- Handle workspace management, staff relocation, and ensure timely payment of monthly bills- Supervise facilities services, vendor meetings, and staff training.
