As an administrative accountant, you will process and post general expense invoices (e.g. trade show and event invoices, commission invoices of the sales representatives, service invoices etc.)
You review, account and post travel expenses and company card statements.
Furthermore, you manage, account and post the main cash register and take care of the employee purchase accounts.
Incoming mail will be controlled and distributed by you to the according teams/employees.
Additionally, you will exchange and have interactions and communications with suppliers, employees and sales representatives.
You could successfully complete your commercial training (e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk) and already gained initial professional experience in finance/accounting.
