**Join Our Team as an Administration Assistant**
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team and take charge of managing employee transportation operations. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer the entire transportation process for shift employees
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and vendors
- Manage daily cab bookings via transport portals
- Maintain and update transportation routes and records accurately
- Coordinate with vendors and reconcile monthly invoices
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and improvements
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Management
- 6 months - 1 year experience in a similar role (an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
