Job Scope
Provide marketing support for campaign planning, execution and tracking
Assist in campaign planning and execution, including tracking/managing campaigntimelines.
Assist in the coordination and collation of comments on all campaign deliverables, clarification of required technical/non-technical with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. agencies and colleagues from other departments, to ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables
Vet through content of campaign materials to ensure that comments/feedback havebeen addressed and to ensure grammatical accuracy.
Execute website updates such as text changes and pdf uploads using HPB's CMS systems.
Assist in digitalcampaigns set-up - e.g. internal eDM, SMS blasts, A/B testing etc
Assistin artwork adaptions using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Assist in datamanagement/gathering/updating tasks - e.g. collating feedback/surveys, researchinformation, marketing reports etc
