Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service to clients
- Process sales orders and prepare quotations
- Monitor stock availability and manage inventory reservations
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and operations teams
- Support customer account setup and documentation
- Liaise with finance team on payment matters before delivery
- Assist with marketing activities and general admin duties
Requirements - Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with inventory systems is an advantage
- Interest or knowledge in wine is preferred
