Duties


• Manage HR documents, job description and performance monitoring system

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the company

• Prepare appointment letters and process monthly payroll

• Ensure compliance and maintain employees files

• Handle performance appraisals and performance reviews

• Responsible for job interviews and vetting of new staff

• Responsible for staff training and development

• Manage staff leave and handle staff medicals

• Supervise Office maintenance

• Manage Drivers and janitors

• Manage and resolve all customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

• Type out, maintain and supervise accurate data entry of participants registration forms, recommendations...
