Job Description:
. Perform administration and order management functions.
. Manage the creation of recurring monthly contract modules in CRM (Salesforce)
. Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
. Process the claims of jobs completed by the Project team.
. Prepare monthly reports on the status of maintenance contracts.
. Prepare monthly meeting minutes for the Sales team.
. Work closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and follow up of JO creation activities.
. Provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales team.
. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
. Experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) is an added advantage.
. Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
