Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and organize proper records and filing systems for all documents.
• Manage incoming correspondences and direct them to the appropriate person for further action.
• Provide administrative assistance to site staff, management, and relevant teams.
• Prepare progress claims, track invoices, and monitor claim status.
• Process and raise purchase orders for sub-contractors and client payments.
• Assist in coordinating time sheets, leave applications, training programs, medical claims, and other employee-related administrative matters.
• Communicate with external parties when necessary to support business operations.
• Prepare and update reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
