, you will assist the Operations Manager and Head Chef in overseeing the operational activities (Admin Dept) at an Institutional Site of Curate Kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities : Handle general administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation. Planning of Duty Roster for daily operations. Organise and maintain physical and electronic files. Oversees inventory and raise Purchase Order accordingly. Serves as a point of contact for maintenance, mailing and purchasing requests. Provide administrative support to various project, as assigned. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed. Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe. Co-operate with Management and follow safety and health procedures. Ensure all employees are WSH/FHC certified and conduct regular checks on their validity.
