**Summary:**
The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate Outpatient Interventional referrals for patients considering ECT, TMS, and/or Esketamine treatments. This role will also coordinate ECT treatment for inpatients, prepare and maintain the daily ECT Treatment schedule in Snapboard, coordinate and track insurance authorizations, participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, point of contact for patients to schedule or coordinate appointments, and communicate professionally with providers, patients, and teammates. Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of a program or an administrative official in carrying out departmental financial and operating procedures and/or a program's administrative activities.
