Assist with trip operations and logistics (e.g. flight ticketing details, preparation of name lists, travel insurance arrangements)
Liaise with travel agents and relevant stakeholders
Track completion of pre- and post-trip surveys and compile responses for analysis
Assist in audit of post-trip reports and programme closure documentation
Support logistics for hosting overseas visitors and inbound programmes
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements & QualificationsMinimum GCE O Levels or Diploma (preferred)
Preferably with prior administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
