Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage documents, filing, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Assist with HR and office administration matters
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
