We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant (Buying & Shoot Production) to join our team. Supporting the Head of Creative and working closely with Buying, Merchandising and Catalogue teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class photoshoots and catalogue production.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same, from coordinating shoot logistics to supporting financial reporting and managing samples. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love bringing creative projects together, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Photoshoot coordination & planning:

• Support the Head of Creative in coordinating all logistics for photoshoots
