Description
As our Safety Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support for company‑wide safety operations focused on coordinating documentation, records, and reporting related to OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and core safety programs.
You will collaborate with the Corporate Safety Manager, Project Safety Managers, field leadership, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, organize compliance documentation, and support incident and claims administration. You will ensure safety information is accurate, well‑organized, and consistently maintained across systems, serving as a key administrative support resource for the Corporate Safety team. Experienced Safety Administrative Specialists may take on expanded responsibility supporting audits, system improvements, regulatory inquiries, and company‑wide safety initiatives.
