About the role
July Systems Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support the company’s daily administrative operations and assist the CFO with basic accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, be organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and general office coordination
Manage company documents, filing systems, and records maintenance
Prepare letters, reports, meeting notes, and internal documentation
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
Support scheduling, meetings, appointments, and office logistics
Monitor office supplies and manage procurement requirements
Assist HR and management with administrative support when required
