The company is seeking an Admin Analyst to work on-site in Makati City.

Position: Admin Analyst

Company Industry: Construction

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Work Set Up: Work on site

Responsibilities

• Manage all phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, both internally and externally
• Support accounting matters such as filing accounting documents and processing payments
• Handle government matters (PEZA, DOLE, BIR, etc.)
• Maintain organized files, databases, and records, both physical and digital
• Collaborate with other teams in the company
