Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and organized
Admin Executive
to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, basic accounting tasks, and provide general assistance to management. Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
Record and maintain
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Handle
simple bookkeeping
and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with
purchasing and procurement activities
Manage and respond to
emails and correspondence
Provide
administrative support to the Managing Director (MD)
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
Requirements
Minimum (Diploma / Degree) in Business Administration, Accounting, or min 2 years experience in related field
