The Department of Undergraduate Academics at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering invites applications for part-time, non-tenured instructors, with a start date of January 20, 2026 .



The General Engineering Program in Undergraduate Academics manages the first-year engineering course EG-UY 1004 Introduction to Engineering and Design, which is required for all engineering, computer science, and business and technology majors at NYU Tandon. This course consists of weekly lectures, labs, and recitation sections and is team-taught by a group of faculty who are supported by a large team of teaching assistants. The Lecturer will co-teach recitation sections alongside an engineering faculty member.
