Lead Activities Coordinator / Life Skills Coordinator – Brook View care home, Ennerdale Road, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L9 7JU.

Contract: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, flexible including weekends. Rate: £12.71 per hour.

About the role

Our Lead Activities Coordinators lead the Activities Team and organise creative, meaningful and entertaining activities for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Organise individual activity plans based on people’s unique goals and interests
• Foster community spirit through group activities
• Support people to maintain current interests, take up new hobbies, interests and educational opportunities
• Assist people to become more involved in their local community
• Celebrate national awareness days, holidays and individual or collective achievements
• Lead the in‑house Activities Team
• Promote choice, dignity and independence
