Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Acting Assistant Director for Corporate Services & Transformation (12-month fixed-term maternity cover) to help lead us through a significant period of change and opportunity as we transition from a shared services model into a Unitary Council.

As Acting Assistant Director for Corporate Services and Transformation , you will lead a wide-ranging portfolio spanning digital and ICT transformation, HR, organisational development, performance, engagement and policy – shaping how the organisation operates both now and in the future.
