Actemium Automation Peterborough (part of VINCI Energies) is seeking an experienced Hardware Manager to lead our hardware engineering and panel build function. You’ll be responsible for the delivery, quality and continuous improvement of control panels and electrical assemblies across industrial automation, process control and utilities projects.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, supplier management and strong quality governance .
