About the opportunity

We are looking for two Pharmacists to join our established and growing ACOP team. 

The first role is fixed term part-time (2 days per week) maternity leave cover contract, commencing from May 2026 and finishing in November, with the possibility of extension. This position support residents at Leighton Aged Care Home, located in West Perth. 

The second is a permanent part-time position, working two days a week at Belmont Aged Care Home. 

The role includes delivery of onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews, vaccination clinics, clinical governance, education and training.
