            Responsibilities  Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records 
Update all receipts promptly in the accounting system to ensure timely financial tracking 
Assist with bank reconciliation by verifying and matching bank statements with accounting records 
Update bookkeeping and filing records to support organized financial documentation 
Complete ad‑hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to support the finance team 
 Preferred competencies and qualifications  Demonstrate a proactive approach and commitment to meeting deadlines to ensure smooth financial operations 
Maintain an organized work style and a pleasant, cooperative attitude to foster a positive team environment 
 Other Information  Location: near to Paya Lebar MRT Station 
Training will be provided
