The role

We’re looking for an Accounts Semi Senior to join our busy accountancy practice in our Borehamwood office.

This is a varied, client‑facing role where you’ll provide accurate accounting to a diverse range of clients and assist in the development of junior staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts preparation for limited companies to year‑end.
• Preparing corporation tax computations.
• Analysis of accounting data from clients’ books and records.
• Processing and reviewing year‑end journals for the larger portfolio in the team.
• Preparing control account schedules for the year‑end team.
• Liaising with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients, under instruction and supervision.
