Job Description
This part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist role focuses on managing all accounts receivable activities related to month-end close and ongoing accounting processes. You will prepare and post journal entries, perform reconciliations, maintain aging reports, and ensure credit balances in bank statements are accurate and properly recorded. The position uses Excel for reconciliations and reporting, and AS400 for posting journal entries.
