Our client is currently hiring for the position of Accounts Receivables & Commercial Support.

Responsibilities:

. Coordinate with the Accountant - Accounts Receivable regarding agent-related invoices.

• Maintain effective communication with the sales/commercial team and inventory team regarding invoice status and related matters.

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting closing process.

• Prepare and update the monthly merchandise balance report by gathering data from both the Finance and Commercial departments.

• Generate the monthly purchase order export report and coordinate with the Commercial Department in preparation of merchandize balance.

• Coordinate with the Commercial Team to prepare the monthly sales report and reconcile it with accounting records.
