- Perform daily sales and collection reconciliation from stores/branches vs. system records (POS, ERP, bank deposits).
- Validate cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions against deposit slips and bank statements.
- Review and reconcile store charge sales, gift cards, returns, and discounts to ensure compliance with policies.
- Investigate variances and coordinate with store teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding AR balances, overdue collections, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval for refunds, voids, markdowns, and adjustments.
