Job Summary:
The position is responsible for managing accounts receivable and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely collections, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Prepare and reconcile AR reports and aging schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on stock movements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end reporting related to AR and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory management, or related roles.
