Your focus will be on maintaining positive relationships with our customers while effectively managing overdue accounts and minimizing financial risks. Responsibilities:

Account Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, tracking outstanding invoices and payments.

Collection Activities: Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, and text message to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans if necessary.
