About the Role

We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our fast‑paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑growth startup environment and is passionate about building scalable systems, improving financial processes, and driving operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Finance, GTM, and Product leaders to support billing, collections, and internal reporting—critical functions that power Traba’s business engine.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform cashier responsibilities, including the full procurement process end‑to‑end from Purchase Order generation to fulfilling vendor invoices.
• Manage Traba’s T&E process, reviewing employee expense submissions, enforcing policy compliance, and ensuring timely approvals and reimbursements via Ramp.
