Working as part of a small finance function you will be reportable to the Finance lead and take full ownership of the Purchase Ledger function.
Your new role
This is a standalone Purchase Ledger role responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The post-holder will deliver high levels of accuracy and provide excellent internal support across the business.Key Responsibilities:-
Manually process all supplier invoices and liaise with overseas suppliers.Match delivery notes to invoices, verify pricing, and obtain relevant approvals.Post authorised invoices and credit notes into Sage 200.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies....
