We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing finance team. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is suited for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to keep payables processes accurate and on schedule. The person in this role will help maintain efficient payment operations, support month-end activities, and work closely with vendors and internal partners to keep financial records organized and up to date.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts payable operations by entering, reviewing, and processing invoices, employee reimbursements, ACH payments, and check runs within required timelines.

• Assign accurate account codes to invoices and confirm transactions follow company policies as well as general accounting standards.
